Groundbreaker 5-Week Course - April 20th - May 18th
This course talks about family dynamics, which includes roles that we take on living in a family system. Those relationships, good or bad, have an influence on who we are today. We will address in class the consequences those relationships might have on our mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well being. Class interaction is encouraged. Affirming Potential 12-Week Course
Building on the foundation that God has created us with intrinsic worth and a unique purpose, this course evaluates the physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual areas of your life. With the goal of finding grace to accept your past, you will develop a better understanding of your present. This will help you lean into your future with hope and anticipation. How can I say “no” to more things or to certain people? Can I set limits and still be a loving person AND have more control over my life? Well-meaning people often focus too much on being loving and unselfish that they grow weary and crushed by the pressure of pleasing others. This course will help you establish healthy boundaries that can allow you to flourish in life and in relationships. Faith & Finances 12-Week Course
Do you ever dream about being debt free? Do you want to better manage your finances and have more financial freedom? This practical course will better equip you to view and manage your finances in a God honoring way. A wide range of financial basics will be covered such as how money affects our relationships, setting savings goals, saving money by living more simply and preparing for emergencies. Overcoming Emotions That Destroy 10-Week Course
Well-known speaker Chip Ingram teams up with psychologist Dr. Becca Johnson to show how many emotions both lead to anger and follow from it. Their message is clear - as we deal with anger, we deal with the primary cause for all destructive emotions. You will learn the difference between good and bad anger, how to gain control of it and how to use it in constructive ways. Redemptive Compassion 8-Week Course - March 30th - May 18th
This study establishes a Biblical perspective on how the church and Christians are called to love our neighbors in ways that actually help meet spiritual, emotional, relational and material needs. We will look to better understand the “heart” and “hands” of helping people. This course is a requirement for anyone interested in leading or teaching in our Transformational Ministry. |

What is "Transformational Tuesdays?"
Transformational Tuesdays is a series of life skills classes geared to move people that are struggling (ages 18 and older) into a life of self-sufficiency. We pray that by uniting local churches and resources that people's needs are met in a way that heals and strengthens the whole person: physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually.
Our focus: Life Transformation. That means dedication and long-term walking with participants. Though participants benefit from taking any class, the point of transformational ministry is the big picture. These classes work as a whole, identifying deeper root issues to promote healing and moving into the best life possible. You get what you put in!
Going deeper. Love INC partners with local organizations and mobilizes churches to really make a lasting difference. How much depends on the participant. Clients, or neighbors in need, can also benefit from weekly incentives, childcare during classes, and pairing with long-term mentors. If you need support in these areas, please call our Clearinghouse at 320.759.3022. The opportunities are endless!
Volunteer. As a ministry of excellence, we train all of our volunteers who make up Transformational Tuesdays. It is crucial for us to understand what poverty is, and what it is not, how to help without hurting. We do not fix, judge or save others. We don't have the answers to solve someone's life problems. What we do have is a God who has the power to do all that! So we put Him on display, using the many different gifts and abilities He's provided. During Transformational Tuesdays, see His love reflected in the kitchen, the organizers, childcare providers, facilitators, discussion leaders, mentors/allies, prayer team, greeters, volunteer drivers and more!
